Naniniwala si Cayetano na NA-MISINFORMED si Aquino at Robredo ng ilang grupo tungkol sa usapin na mag uugnay sa issue ng South China Sea.
Sabi naman ng DFA chief na ang Aquino administration ang may dapat ipaliwanag tungko sa issue ng West Philippine Sea.

What was the text of Senator Trillanes, what was the text of President Aquino telling Foreign Secretary (Albert) Del rosario?
