DOJ motion for issuance of alias warrant, HDO vs Sen. Trillanes over rebellion case in connection with 2007 Manila Peninsula siege
“We have to retrieve the records of the case considering this is already included in our disposal records. Although we retained some residual records for our files, of course the important one is the order," said by Branch 150 clerk of court Diosfa Toledanes-Valencia.
Since Trillanes’ case was dismissed on Sep. 7, 2011, it was already subject for disposal.
In 2016, while running for vice president, he campaigned against then Davao City Mayor Duterte and has since become among the latter's fiercest critics.
