Seeking HELP for Albino Amper and for his grand son Angelito Amper

We just want to help by sharing this post.
COURTESY and ORIGINALLY POST OF MR. Jun Echavez Tupag

It's 9:00 of Aug.25, 2018 while i was sitting at d guard haus may lumapit na isang matandang lalaki at isang binatilyo may hinahanap na tao who promised them for a certain work like cleaning the ground or anything basta pagkaperahan land daw nila kc wala daw silang pangbili ng bigas at ulam sa bahay. Dahil wala ang hanap nila nagtanong si manong sakin baka may ipatrabaho ako just for a day kasi wala pa daw silang makain. While manong is talking damang-dama ko ang damdamin nila with utmost humility halos tutolo na ang luha sa pagmakaawa. I was touched and teary eyed talking with manong. Para matuwa si manong at upang mawala ang sad moments i offered manong for a breakfast and told him to have a little work for a few hours. Tuwangtuwa si manong when i told him to clean-up d surrounding ground of my workplace for P200.00. Without hesitation he accepted d job offer & immediately told his apo to start working.

After 1 hour of doing it, damangdama ko ang kaligayahan ni manong when he told me "tapos na sir, kalooy sa Dios". So i told him to rest for a while and relax & offered few rambutan which i bought from a passing fruit vendor.

While manong & his apo is resting after giving him cold water when he requested for it, manong asked me if i have connections with Bong Go & Digong kasi nakita niya ang malaking tarpaulin poster ni Tatay Digong & SAP Bong Go na nakabitay. I asked him why & he answered right away "Sir tabangi ko makahangyo kang pres duterte kay gusto nako mouli sa bohol." I asked him again why he must go to Bohol. And that was the saddest moments when manong told me his sad story of his life after identifying himself as Albino Amper & his apo Angelito Amper living at sta. Cruz paglaum, bolonsari, camaman-an, CDO.

Manong Albino and his family are Sendong Victims in 2011 while they are residing in Macanhan, Carmen near Emily Homes. His 2 daughters were part of those missing persons sendong victims until now. Including their small house & personal belongings were vanished. According to Nong Albino, they made several followups at Barangay & City Hall but walang klarong assistance daw na binigay even a house. Nawalan na daw siya ng pagasa kasi nahirapan siyang magfollowup wala siyang kakilala sa city hall so he just settled down in a small place in sta. Cruz paglaum, bolonsari, camaman-an.

Another worst thing in his life is his another daughter the mother of his apo Angelito was again a victim of flashflood somewhere in Diwalwal, Tagum. His wife also Erlinda Castillo Amper is now paralyze needs help who is just staying in their small house.

Gusto lang ni manong na pauwi na lang daw sila sa Anda, Bohol at doon na manirahan kasi mayroon silang maliit na lupain at taga doon ang original place nila. He humbly asked me for help kahit man lang daw pamasahi in going to Bohol para kalimutan nalang daw niya ang nangyari sa buhay niya here in Mindanao particularly here in Cagayan de Oro.

At that moment, wala akong masabi becos I was already in teary eyed and I remember myself because I was also a Sendong victim which until now not a single centavo assistance was received from LGU. We have the same fate & experienxe I already submitted necessary documents to DSWD but no action. At that time also I was a victim of OPPRESSION & INJUSTICE when I was illegally dismissed from LTO by a very corrupt director in connivance with ombudsman due to "crafted charges" with penalty of perpetual disqualification to hold any government position. But thanks God, the ORDER from Ombudsman was reverted just 3 months ago by the Court of Appeals, thanks God I won in that case.

Wala na akong masabi kay manong except that I assured him for assistance in going to bohol. I told him to just wait for few days I will find ways to help him and told him to go home na cos d more i talked with him mas lalo akong nasakitan. At that time P300 lang ang cash sa wallet ko, so I gave additional P100 and 20 for their fare sa rela. I gave him also some of my used clothings to him. He even asked me if I have empty water gallon kay wala daw silang mapundohan. I gave in again including the water pitcher and plastic glasses kasi wala daw silang magamit. I gave also to his apo angelito a boy scout tshirt so that he can attend scouting activities in his school. Both of them left my office with a happy heart and so with my self I was left alone with a heavy heart how to help the two after i promised them assistance to go to Bohol. Yes, personally i know i can give them assistance but very limited only because of my limited resources also because until now i am financially unstable marami pa rin akong na binabayaran.

This happened last August 25, 2018 pa but gaduhaduha ko pagpost this sa FB thinking that i could do this alone in my own ways until nawala sa isip ko becos am so very busy also on my daily works and doing my best hoping I could be appointed for any position in d government after almost 6 years of sacrifices.

I was surprise yesterday Sept. 5,2018 around 3pm when my son John Mark told me that there was an old man looking for me outside which i told him to get inside and it turn out that it was manong Albino wearing the used clothing that i gave him. Kinumusta ko niya if nasabihan ko na ba daw kay Pres. DU30 or kay Kuya Bong Go ang request niya for Bohol. I quickly answered him that am still thinking the best I can do mapagbigyan ang hiling niya.

Kung sino man gustong tumolong sa pamilya ni manong Albino pls get in touch with me at my number 09262636694 or visit my driving school at Hayes st., CDO. Puede din kayong dumeretso sa bahay ni manong albino sa address na binigay niya.

While I have d option to bring this matter to Pres Digong thru SAP bong go cos I have a direct contact with him, I would appreciate very much if my fellow members of Eagles & friends will share their blessings as part of their community service. Please help me share this also para naman mabasa ng LGU of CDO or to any kindhearted person upang matulongan sila. Mga bolanon in CDO. Twice a day lang daw sila makakain. Problema pa walang tubig sa lugar nila. I have personally talked with his apo na ngongo na napakabait na bata sabi niya gustong makatapos sa pagaral. Thanks and kayo nang bahala sa kanila. Until here nalang cos while am writing this post am hurt & teary eyed. God bless us all!
